Located metres from Kiama's beautiful Surf Beach and Coronation Park, and within easy walking distance of Kiama's Cafe strip, Restaurants, Harbour and renowned Kiama Blowhole, "Avanti" is the perfect location for relaxing weekends away with friends, a prolonged Christmas break with family or winter getaway.

Set over 3 levels, the property has been recently renovated, has comfortable modern furnishings and comes complete with quality linen and towels.

Features include:

Two generous sized bedrooms, both with flat screen TVs, which function as DVD players only, (you can enjoy your favourite movie while cuddled up in bed), built in robes, and balconies.

The main bedroom has a King bed and ensuite of shower, toilet and handbasin and reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The second has two King Single beds which can also be configured as a King bed upon request. Be pampered in the soft and snuggly doonas and Euro pillows.

The main bathroom which is also on this level has bath, shower, toilet and handbasin. A laundry, with washer and dryer, is on the same level.

Enjoy ocean views from the spacious, comfortable living area, which has modular lounge, reverse cycle air conditioning and a large HD TV. The large balcony from the lounge area comes equipped with BBQ and outdoor setting and also provides ocean views towards Surf Beach.

Entry is into the downstairs rumpus or 3rd bedroom (with fold down futon) via secure parking with single garage or from the Manning St entrance.

Maximum Occupancy 4 Adults and 1 Child.

Avanti is a non-smoking apartment.

Minimum 2 night stay.

Christmas and January School Holiday - Minimum 7 night stay.
